- 1 Large frozen banana, cut into chunks
- 1 and 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons frozen lemonade concentrate
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Place all ingredients together in blender and mix until smooth.
