		<description>The Greek dishes I have tried in the past have always been delish but haven&#039;t made anything Greek because I always thought it would be very difficult. Must try this myself. 
Thanks to the filo pastry already prepared-can&#039;t get much easier.  Would love to be able to cook other Greek dishes too.</description>

		<description>love the post and the food looks great :)  I&#039;m married to a historian so it&#039;s also Happy Arizona Statehood day and Happy Oregon Statehood day in our house :)  We happen to have lived in the only two states in the nation that share statehood day with Valentine&#039;s day :)</description>
