I think if you close them up tight in a ziploc bag the cookies will be fine. The only thing I question is the icing drizzle which may dry out or make a mess during shipping. You could maybe keep the icing separate, in one of those little half cup disposable ziploc containers. Or just ship the cookies without the icing, which are still quite tasty.
