The Greek dishes I have tried in the past have always been delish but haven’t made anything Greek because I always thought it would be very difficult. Must try this myself.
Thanks to the filo pastry already prepared-can’t get much easier. Would love to be able to cook other Greek dishes too.

love the post and the food looks great I’m married to a historian so it’s also Happy Arizona Statehood day and Happy Oregon Statehood day in our house We happen to have lived in the only two states in the nation that share statehood day with Valentine’s day

Thanks for the shout out! It’s nice to know that other people love the s’mores combination just as much as I do. Funny thing is, I don’t think I have actually “roasted” a marshmallow for a traditional s’more in 2 years.
