Ingredients
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup vegtable oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 cups isfted flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinaamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 3 cups choppped apples
Directions
In a large bowl beat together the first 5 ingredients. In another bowl sift together the dry ingredients and stir into liquid mixture. Beat well. Fold in nuts and apples. Lightly grease a 9x13x 2in pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 45 min.
TOPPING
1 stick butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup honey
Combine ingredients in a heavy bottom sauce pan. Boil 2 1/2 min. Pour over cake while still hot hot hot.
