In my last post I shared that Rachel and I are raising money for Cookies for Kids’ Cancer. I want to follow up on that and ask for your support.
Our two little boys are healthy, thank God, but having a sick child isn’t obligatory to wanting to support pediatric cancer research.
Rather than just ask for donations, I’m doing a bake sale at work. I’m selling packages of 3 cookies for $5 dollars per package. All proceeds are going to Cookies for Kids’ Cancer, and OXO will be matching what we raise dollar for dollar. Our goal is to raise $1,000. That’s a lot of cookies!
I wish I had the resources to be able to do this bake sale online too. But we’re not exactly rolling in the dough (little food pun for you) so I have to limit the bake sale to a physical location. But that doesn’t mean we can’t do something here, online, does it? Of course not.

I can’t ship my cookies to everyone, but I can ship them to 3 of you. So, here’s how the giveaway works.
1. Browse the delicious cookie options below to see just what you will be getting. (Go ahead, you can come back!)
2. Donate at least $1. I’m asking for $5 per package of 3 cookies at the bake sale, but donate whatever amount you feel you can do. Every bit helps. Click here to donate, or click on this cookie if you prefer.
3. Enter your info into this Giveaway form. This way I know how to reach you if you win.
So what’s next?
First, please share this post with your friends and family. Spread the word and help us blow away our fund raising goal!
Then, wait to hear from us if you won. On Friday Dec 14th the giveaway will end and we will pick 3 random winners, your cookies will be mailed that weekend.
Even if you don’t win cookies, you can pour a big glass of cold milk and feel good that you donated to a worthy cause!
Thank’s for being a good cookie and donating!
Ruby Jewel Cookies
A perfect compliment to a cup of tea or coffee, these sugar cookies come with a dollop of raspberry jam in their center.
Rachel’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
Rachel’s chocolate chip cookies are a family favorite thanks to their softness and chewiness. If you like traditional, straight up chocolate chip cookies, you’ll want to be sure to snag these.
Pour a big glass of ice cold milk – you’re going to want it for these insanely good S’mores Cookies. The campfire classic has been recreated in cookie form.
Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies
The only thing better than a chocolate chip cookie is double chocolate chip cookie. Soft, chewy, and extra chocolatey. Chocoholics – you’ve been warned.
Mom’s (and Great Grandma’s) Tea Biscuit Cookies
A Keenan family recipe dating back to Chris’ Great Grandmother and continued by his Mom. These cookies are reminiscent of Stella D’oro biscotti cookies and are perfect dipped into a cup of tea or coffee. Or, enjoy plain, like Chris has since he was a wee lad.
Both crunchy at the edges while soft and chewy in the middle, these almond cookies are made with pulverized almonds and other deliciousness and baked until delicious light golden and sprinkled with confectioners sugar.
