A revised version of my Mom’s crumb cake, made special for us after bringing home baby.

My mom brought over a massive sheet of crumb cake the day my wife and I brought our son home from the hospital. We thought we would share it, but we ended up eating the whole thing by ourselves that week! Not sure where Mom found this recipe, so for now she get’s the credit and we’ll call it Mom’s Crumb Cake.
