Tri-State Food Blogger Picnic

We’ve been blogging for almost a year now and are loving it. Aside from enjoying cooking and running a blog together, Rachel and I have met many amazing fellow food bloggers online – this is truly a great community to be a part of, full of support and inspiration. But outside of social media, we’ve never met.

The easiest way to meet is of course to attend conferences like BlogHer or the like – but with Baby Boy and a tight budget, traveling just isn’t going to happen any time soon. Plus, from what I read, conferences are very busy. While we do plan on attending one at some point, we much prefer sitting down and relaxing over good food with good company. And I have a feeling a bunch of our fellow Foodies feel the same way.

So…Let’s do it. Let’s get together. Let’s cook and eat. Let’s step outside the social media veil for a day and interact IRL.

Tri-State Food Blogger Picnic.

Come join us for a pot luck picnic at the Van Saun County Park in Bergen County, NJ on May 19th at Noon. Just a half hour from NYC, Van Saun Park is a beautiful 146 acre park located in Paramus NJ.

The park offers a zoo and miniature train ride for the kids, and walking and biking trails for the adults.
